There are many hiring challenges that internal TA teams cannot solve. No wonder Fonterra, a global dairy nutrition company that employees 22,000 people around the world, has outsourced a significant part of their talent acquisition for over a decade. Korn Ferry has been Fonterra’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider for 14 years in New Zealand, and this relationship has extended across Australia and more latterly other markets across Asia and the Middle East. In this webinar the two companies are teaming up to show you how a best-in-class RPO model can help you address changing demands of the human capital landscape.

Join Korn Ferry and Fonterra’s Talent Acquisition experts in this webinar to learn how RPO can eliminate the weak spots of your TA process and help you build long-term talent strategies that align with your business goals.

Key insights you will take away:

  • Why Fonterra continue the outsource model;
  • How Korn Ferry developed a solution that met Fonterra’s needs and ensured they were able to evolve;
  • An agile approach to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) design and implementation;
  • How to align IP and customised assessment with an existing competency framework.
Who should attend?
HR Directors, HR Managers, talent acquisition and recruitment practitioners and anyone keen on building a more strategic recruitment function.
