While diversity and inclusion have been championed in businesses across the globe for years, the stark reality is that Blacks are still not treated equally. The recent tragic events in the United States have highlighted the fact that we need to do more to address the inequities Black people face both in the workplace and society.

Leaders have the opportunity and a responsibility to drive authentic change by addressing systemic racism and inequities that exist within their organizations so that they can create a more inclusive organization.
